Lorenz has been a pioneer since 1916. As the first cassava starch industry in Latin America, the company offers customized solutions using cassava starch, corn starch, waxy corn starch, and potato starch as its primary raw materials.

With over 100 years of history, Lorenz brings technological solutions and innovative processes to the market, catering to the specific needs of each client and serving various segments.

Today, the company offers a comprehensive range of starches, including modified, pre-gelatinized, and hydroxypropylated varieties, along with maltodextrins, dextrins, dehydrated glucose syrup, sour cassava starch, and vegetable adhesives.

With four manufacturing units located across cities in Paraná and Mato Grosso do Sul, Lorenz has a production capacity of over 250,000 tons per year and collaborates with more than 1,200 cassava producers, ensuring timely delivery and uninterrupted supply of ingredients.
